Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance and purpose

This kiosk lets you start a video call with an advisor from GPF Services LLC. By pressing the button to start the video call or by using any feature of the kiosk, you state that you have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Nature of the service

The video call is a conversation with an advisor to receive general guidance and help with paperwork. It is not a medical consultation, does not provide diagnoses, treatment or clinical advice, and does not create a doctor-patient relationship. The advisor does not act as an insurer and does not make coverage, approval or payment decisions.

3. Emergencies

This service does not handle urgent or emergency situations. If you or someone nearby is in a life-threatening situation, call your local emergency number immediately (for example, 911 in the United States) or go to the nearest health center.

4. Eligibility and minors

To use the service you must be at least 18 years old, or have the presence and authorization of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf. We do not knowingly collect information from minors without that authorization.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to provide truthful and accurate information, to use the service respectfully and lawfully, and not to impersonate anyone. It is prohibited to harass or threaten staff, transmit illegal or offensive content, interfere with the operation of the kiosk or the video call, or try to access systems, accounts or data that are not yours. We may end a video call or block access if the service is misused.

6. Video call and recording

The video call uses a camera and microphone. It is not recorded by default. If GPF Services LLC decides to record a session, you will be informed before it begins, and your consent will be obtained when required by law. You must not record, capture or share the video call or the advisor's image or voice without their authorization.

7. Scanned documents

If the advisor asks, you may scan an ID or a card (for example, an insurance card) to complete your request. This is optional, and the documents are used only for that purpose, as described in the Privacy Policy. You state that you have the right to present the documents you show.

8. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

The kiosk, its software, design, text, trademarks and content belong to GPF Services LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You are granted no right other than to use the service personally and in accordance with these terms.

10. Availability and disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". It depends on your internet connection, your equipment and the availability of an advisor. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that it will achieve any particular result, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPF Services LLC, its partners, employees and providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for losses arising from connection or equipment failures, service interruptions, or the use of or inability to use the service. Nothing above limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to hold GPF Services LLC harmless from claims, damages and expenses resulting from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The parties will try to resolve any dispute in good faith.

14. General provisions

If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the rest remain in force. Failure to exercise a right is not a waiver of it. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and GPF Services LLC regarding the service. If versions in different languages differ, the English version prevails.

15. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is the one shown on this kiosk, with the date shown below. Your use of the service after a change means you accept it. Last updated: October 10, 2026.

Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is GPF Services LLC. Privacy contact: [email protected]

2. Data we collect

Data you give us: your name and, if the advisor asks, images of the documents you scan (for example, an ID or insurance card). Session data: the location or device you connect from, the date, time and length of the video call, and the technical room identifier. During the video call, your image and voice are transmitted in real time. Technical data: browser type, IP address and server operation logs.

3. What we use it for

To set up and maintain the video call, handle your request and help with your paperwork, keep a record of the calls, ensure the security and proper operation of the service, comply with legal obligations and improve the quality of service. We do not use your data for advertising or for automated decisions about you.

4. Legal basis and consent

We process your data with your consent, which you give when you start the video call, to provide the service you request and to comply with legal obligations. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the contact below; this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

5. ID and insurance documents

ID documents and insurance cards are sensitive information. We scan them only if you choose to, use them only to complete your request, store them encrypted, and only authorized staff can view or download them. Every access is logged with the user, the action, the date and the IP address. We do not use them for any other purpose.

6. Who we share it with

The video call runs on a server operated by GPF Services LLC. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We only share it with providers that help us operate the service (for example, hosting and technical support) who are bound by confidentiality obligations, with third parties involved in your request when you ask for or authorize it, and with authorities when required by law. In a merger or sale of the company, data may be transferred to the new owner with the same protections.

7. Video call and recording

Video calls are not recorded by default. If they are recorded, you will be informed before the call starts and the recordings will be handled in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

8. Biometric data

We do not use facial or voice recognition, and we do not extract biometric identifiers from your image or your documents.

9. Retention

Scanned documents are automatically deleted 30 days after they are sent. Other data (name, location, and the date, time and length of the video call) is kept for 30 days and then securely deleted. Server technical logs are kept for a maximum of 30 days.

10. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encrypted connections, encrypted storage of documents, encryption of the clinic and patient data that travel with the room name, role-based restricted access and short-lived session links. No system is completely secure; if a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you as required by law.

11. Cookies

This kiosk only uses technical cookies: one to remember the device's location (cryptographically signed to prevent tampering), one to remember the language and one session cookie to protect your video call. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

12. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what data we process, access it, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to processing and withdraw your consent, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise them, write to [email protected]; we will respond within the period required by law. We may ask you to verify your identity. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may contact the competent data protection authority.

13. Minors

The service is not directed to people under 18 without the presence and authorization of a parent or guardian. If you believe we have collected a minor's data without authorization, write to us and we will delete it.

14. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is the one shown on this kiosk. Last updated: October 10, 2026.
